Liberatory Coaching

I co-create this space with you to help you make the shifts you desire in your relationship with yourself and others with greater ease and enthusiasm.

“Liberatory” means that my coaching supports you in breaking free from the limitations that systemic barriers, internalized beliefs and oppressive patterns have placed on your imagination and potential.

Together, we will dream up and work towards a future that reflects and reinforces your highest self and deepest values.

Coaching might be for you if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or dissatisfied with your life or relationships and would like a space to overcome barriers and practice living more authentically and courageously.

We work together on bridging the gap between your inner desires and your external choices and patterns.

I serve as a loving accountability partner who will motivate and encourage you to remain accountable to yourself and your highest values in every setting you find yourself in. Our sessions are a practice space for freedom, where you can exercise the muscles required to give voice to your needs, hopes, and dreams and practice taking them seriously. 

I provide coaching services for people at various stages of their lives and especially enjoy holding space for folks through periods of transition both personally and professionally. I have worked with coach partners through a wide range of topics including community building, relationships, parenting and motherhood, career pivots, defining liberatory leadership approaches, and more.
