As a facilitator, I create and gently hold the container for important conversations and guide strategic decision making processes so that progress feels clear, easy, and attainable. I have facilitated team retreats, strategic planning, mediation sessions, decision making processes, culture-building activities, and spaces for reflective practice.

I’ve been a conflict resolution practitioner for my entire career. As a trained mediator, I help transform conflict into generative discourse that surfaces, clarifies, and reconciles differing values, needs, and desired outcomes.

My flagship “Learning to Love Conflict” workshop has helped hundreds of participants explore the premise that conflict is an invitation to deepen our intimacy and understanding of each other.
